I'm a native Australia who has just returned from living and working in Poland as an English teacher. I am TEFL certified and in the process of becoming CELTA certified. I can teach grammar, vocabulary or simply have conversational lessons.

No matter what type of class (grammar focus, vocabulary focus etc) I incorporate conversation as much as I can, as communication is the primary goal of learning a language. Each lesson I will make notes and send a feedback sheet to my students afterwards.
