My health and fitness training is based on client personal goals, current ability and exercise history. Sessions are based on knowledge of the body and correct movement. Dance sessions are better individual for beginners wanting to learn how to dance and different styles of movement. All sessions are 1 hour in a fun and encouraging environment.
