About Olivia
My name is Olivia, but most people call me Liv! I’ve had a passion for fitness most of my life due to my mom being a big role model with prioritizing her health and fitness throughout all stages of her life. Weight lifting/strength training is my specialty and I’ve been training clients professionally for the past three years and trained clients for fun for many years before that. I love getting outside to walk my dog and enjoy the nature, and I like to call myself a coffee connoisseur
