About the lesson

- The techniques I believe are effective for students are the flipped classroom experience and having differentiated instructions. Firstly, by using the flipped classroom strategy, I can know the strengths and weaknesses of the particular topic and guide them on. With successful experience, students can better internalise and benefit greatly from my instructions.
- Lessons usually last between 1.5 hours and 2 hours. Of course, we can discuss it together!
- While I may not have much of an experience as a tutor, I have been working very closely with children aged 7-12. My experience with them has allowed me to better explore my teaching styles, and see how receptive the students were.
- Talking more about the subjects I intend to tutor, materials will be provided by me depending on students' needs. For English and Malay, I would be able to brush up on students' language and writing techniques. For Math and Science, I would be able to break down the concepts into bite-size for them to be understood more easily.
