About Tayla

I am a recent Master of Fine Arts graduate from Rhodes University. I have 10 years acrylics painting experience and 6 years oil painting experience. I am currently a freelance practising artist based in Cape Town Northern suburbs.

My classes will teach everything from canvas preparation, brush and tool care, brush selection, colour mixing, composition, linework, blending and tonal values. I begin classes with simple exercises to help understanding and then offer time to use the skills learnt to create your own inspired work with one on one guidance and encouragement.
