About Jasmin
I have been a personal trainer since 2017 and have a background in anatomical sciences. I have taught many people of various ages and backgrounds. Those that I have trained have become physically stronger, and gained useful balance skills that have helped them doing general activities through life as well as sport/movement related disciplines.

I usually assess a person's abilities first and then adapt my teaching to what they need.
I believe that everyone learns a little differently and therefore I should not use a cookie cutter teaching approach which would otherwise leave some people at a disadvantage.
