About Treasa
Throughout my early career, I have worked in a variety of roles throughout multiple biotech companies, therefore allowing me a wide range of real-world experiences that will translate into a well-rounded teacher. In my career, I worked on the manufacturing line to manufacture the COVID-19 vaccine, handled aquatic animals, and ran microbiology tests on medical devices.
I have 10 years experience of teaching sailing lessons, with students ranging from 5 years old to 55+ years old. Additionally, for the past three years I have been the coach for a collegiate Women’s Club Rugby team. Last year, I led this team to finish second in our league for the fall season.
I find that my true passion in life is teaching, and I am hoping to lead the next generation of scientists into the workforce by providing instruction aided by my experiences.
