About Lydia-Laure
Hi, my name is Lydia and I'm a professional ballet dancer living in Toronto, Canada! As a touring artist, I picked up knitting as a hobby to kill some time while traveling. I'm always looking for new techniques to learn and I love to challenge myself with a variety of fun projects. Shawls, crop tops, vests, hats, legwarmers... I can help you make anything you like! I have helped my friends learn basic knitting techniques, and I have experience as a teacher and one-on-one tutor. This will be my first experience teaching knitting professionally, but I'm excited to learn and knit with you!

I encourage you to choose a project you would like to work on first. I'll be there to help you pick your yarn, needles and other tools so that you can get started. We will then work on your project together. I will assist you with reading your pattern and give you all the information you need to continue knitting independently. My goal is to grow your confidence as a knitter so that you can keep going on your own!
I'm currently available on Saturdays and Sundays.
