My teaching style prioritizes conceptual mastery over mindless memorization. I use the socratic method and ask questions such as "why" or "how", so a strong foundation is built, which is needed to move on and excel at problems. My lessons include review, formula derivations, guided practice problem solving, final questions, and assigning homework for the next class. I believe that true learning has no age, so as long as the student has completed the prerequisite course, anyone can take my lessons.
