About Kat
Music has always been a significant part of my life. As an advanced pianist with a deep appreciation for classical music, I’ve experienced firsthand how playing the piano can be both a creative outlet and a source of personal growth. After achieving Grade 8 and continuing to explore challenging pieces, I’ve realised that one of the most fulfilling aspects of music is sharing it with others. I want to teach because I believe that learning the piano is more than just hitting the right notes—it’s about developing confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for music. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation while also enjoying the process, whether they’re complete beginners or looking to refine their skills. I take a patient, encouraging approach, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs so they can progress at their own pace and truly connect with the music they play.
