Aim to cater and provide bespoke tuition. This is done by identifying the weaknesses of the student and focusing on them. Helping them learn the techniques and tools needed to find their own way of solving rather than just giving them the answers. Aim to make each class interactive and apply them to real world scenarios, this is so that they can start using maths for themselves in daily life. I draw scenarios from my work to make the subject relevant and interesting.
