I currently work in the space industry as a mechanical engineer and hold a degree from the University of California, Irvine, where I gained valuable experience through undergraduate research and three internships. Over the years, I’ve tutored students in algebra, statistics, and GRE preparation. With over five years of combined tutoring experience, I bring both technical expertise and a passion for helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I offer flexible, remote tutoring sessions tailored to your goals in learning algebra. Since I began tutoring community college students in 2015, my teaching style has evolved to focus on both foundational understanding and practical application.
If needed, I begin by strengthening your math fundamentals. From there, we shift toward learning through guided examples. My goal is to help you master applying key concepts and understanding processes, rather than relying on repetition or memorization.
