Why practice yoga with me?
I am gentle, compassionate and caring- but able to challenge you when needed.
I am not super-flexible or able to do handstands- but can support your growth and provide clear guidance.
I am a parent, grandparent, carer and navigate chronic illness- so I understand things can be complicated and that this may be your one moment for yourself.
I am a regular person as well as someone deeply committed to living the yogic path. Let’s do this together.

Classes are typically one hour and in your own home, with longer times possible.
Yin and gentle yoga are Alison's specialties- marrying movement, breath and nervous system regulation.
Alison is experienced in teaching a wide range of varying needs.
Alison teaches private yoga classes in your home, or other agreed space. All classes are tailored to your needs at a time that suits you. A unique program is developed to meet your goals and individual challenges. Beginners are always welcome and catered for. Classes include a combination of movement practices and breathwork specifically chosen for your needs.
All equipment is provided for class.
