I am a qualified personal trainer, nutrition advisor & yoga instructor and have 15 years experience working within the health industry. Owner of DeMartino Rise where I teach yoga classes, macro nutrition & alkaline nutrition.

Lessons will start with a consultation where we will set out a plan that will work with your lifestyle goals and activity levels.
Packages include diet & wellness programs.
Each program is adapted to your personal needs with food plans, shopping lists for you to have a clear view of the road ahead.
