Duration : Min 2 hours - Price : $10.00 - Place : CarltonMy passion in the culinary industry has started in 2015, started by having my small catering business while in high school and to continue deeper in this industry, I went to study abroad and took a Diploma in Culinary Arts in Singapore and graduated in 2017 ( Global Chef Academy Alumni). After that, I worked as cost control and purchasing kitchen in one of the convention hall in my city (Medan, Indonesia) and now continue further study at William Angliss Institue taking a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management. I will teach by giving an ideas to practice, video, sources to learn more, tips and tricks, share a recipe and also direct teaching grouping or individuals.
