I ASSESS THE STUDENTS FIRST TO SEE THEIR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES THEN PRIMARIY AIM AT THEIR WEAKNESSES WHERE I USE TONS OF QUESTIONING TO HELP THEM ARRIVE AT THE RIGHT ANSWER AS APPOSED TO JUST DOING IT FOR THEM. I SPEND THE FIRST FEW MINUTS WARMING THEM UP AND ASSESING AND THEN SHOW THEM HOW TO DO SOME PROBLEMS AND WATCH THEM DO IT WITHOUT MY GUIDANCE UNLESS THEN NEED QUESTIONS TO HELP THEM OUT! TEACHING IS LIKE A FORM OF PROGRAMMING, WHERE WE PROGRAM THE HUMAN BRAIN TO DO THE MATH WITHOUT US THERE ALWAYS.
