About Savanna
I graduated from all saints anglican school in 2017 and started university at UQ in 2018 majoring in Psychology and writing. I used to give lessons during school to children in the younger grades in English and Maths. I think it is important for not only a teacher to teach a student how to do flourish in a certain subject but to also teach them to problem solve and take their learning into their own hands as it will be more rewarding and will give the student a life long skill of taking their education and the things that will affect their lives into their own hands.

My teaching method is to encourage students to use their knowledge to complete tasks but also to be able to fully explain in multiple different ways how something works. All kids learn differently and i think its important for teachers, whether in school or simply at home tutors, ensure that they teach in a way which is best for the individual student.
