About Franco
I am Franco Lin 20y/o, and I have spent the last 15 years of my life learning piano. Along the way, I picked up percussion and violin as hobbies and consistently played in school orchestras for 8 years. I have been a holder of the AMusA diploma since 2016, and LMusA since 2018, and have won prizes in several piano and percussion competitions. Since 2020, I have been tutoring piano to younger kids, and throughout the years I have successfully tutored up to AMEB grade 8 level and equivalent in theory. In recent years, I have started playing more contemporary piano music for leisure and entertainment, including some pop/film song arrangements for solo and accompaniment. So I fully understand the goals and intended outcomes for more casual players who just want to learn a tune or two.
