About Valentina
I graduated from UCLA and believe in total immersion learning, as that is how I acquired Portuguese. In addition to practical experience, I studied linguistics and languages, which reinforced my belief that immersion is the most effective way to learn a language.
For the past five years, I have lived abroad, gaining first-hand experience in learning new languages and cultures. In addition to English and Portuguese, I also speak Spanish and French, which has allowed me to develop a broad perspective on different language acquisition processes. As a passionate polyglot, I am preparing to raise my future children in a multilingual environment, signaling my belief that immersion is essential to learning a new language.
My classes are conducted 100% in English to provide a natural experience, helping students develop fluency with confidence.
I will create an immersive and welcoming environment, where students can practice English spontaneously and without fear of making mistakes.
