About Annie
I have been involved in the Deaf community for over 11 years and regularly volunteer and work with those who are Deaf and hard of hearing. I took an advanced, accelerated course and have continued learning (from the best!) to improve my knowledge and skills. I have experience teaching my own babies how to sign, and love working with children, and the young at heart. I have a fun, yet professional, teaching style and am adaptable to meet the needs of my students so they get the best education possible. I am happy to work with beginners, or those who are more advanced, that would just like to practice and brush up on their fluency.

ASL is an expressive and complex visual language. I have many years of experience teaching in a fun and effective manner. I love teaching children, teens and adults. I create personalized, progressive lessons, and even quizzes, to match you. We will use various methods and memory aids to help you learn grammar, vocabulary and Deaf Culture. We will learn how props and role-playing can be used to think creatively and develop your ASL skills. Soon, you won't be able to stop signing!
