About Sienna
I have been playing the violin for 14 years, and have had a lot of experience in solo performance as well as playing in an ensemble, serving as a concertmaster for 2 ensembles. I have also achieved my Certificate of Performance as well as my AMusA diploma. Through my years of learning to play the violin, I have learned a lot from my teachers, not only violin skills, but also how to teach well and how to make lessons engaging and useful.

My teaching approach blends the development of strong aural abilities with a solid foundation in sight reading. I aim to nurture not just technical proficiency, but also a genuine enjoyment and understanding of music. With experience in the Suzuki method of teaching, I tailor lessons to each student’s needs and goals.
The typical length for my lessons is 45 minutes to 1 hour. I can teach all ages and hope to make my lessons entertaining and engaging.
