I am a dynamic, fun and inspiring piano teacher who loves music of all genres! - Which subject(s) do you teach? Classical Piano & music theory. - Tell me about your qualifications. I have a BA Hons in Performance Arts, majoring in Music (with Drama & Dance). I also have a teaching diploma from the London Trinity College of Music for Piano, and have a performance diploma in Piano from the Royal College of Music. I also play the Cello & Double Bass! - How much do you charge? It really depends on the length of time you require. On average it is £40 per hour, but also depends on whether I travel to you or you come to my local studio. - Where do you teach? I have a studio in North London, but can travel to you if necessary. - When are you available? Usually Fridays, Saturdays and occasional weekday evenings. - Which ages and levels do you teach? All. - Which qualifications do you prepare your students for? ABRSM exams in piano for practical & music theory up to Grade 8. - Do you have a personal message for students? I don't just teach ABRSM examinations and classical music, I believe music should be fun and free for all. If you want to learn current pop songs, that's ok with me. I do like structure as well, so can teach scales, sight reading, alongside pieces or chord progressions. I am very flexible!

Anja taught me Piano lessons from a young age for many years; she is a wonderful, supportive and patient teacher with incredible talent and enthusiasm in everything that she does! Anyone would be lucky to be her student :)
Anja has taught my 2 sons now aged 15 and 10 to play the piano for the past 2 years. My children really enjoy their lessons because she makes learning the piano fun!
She gives them praise and encouragement and knows instinctively when they are ready to take their next grade. I would recommend her to anyone.Anja taught my daughter the piano from beginner to grade 5 and my daughter loved her lessons. Anja is kind, patient and inspiring; she has a real enthusiasm for her subject which is infectious. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Anja taught me piano from a young age and is an excellent teacher. She is really passionate about music and has always been very kind and encouraging throughout all my lessons. I believe it is very important to have a teacher that broadens your interest in music as a whole rather than solely getting you through your grades. Anja has definitely provided me with this. I would recommend her highly.
