About Hongjian
I am a mechatronics engineer. My background is mathematics, programming, and machine learning. I received Bachelor of Engineering (Honour) degree at ANU in 2019.
I don't have formal tutoring experience at this point. But I am keen to help people who have difficulty in understanding academic problem. And I am good at that when I explain the knowledge to my classmates at university. I am even told that my teaching strategy is better than the tutors at university.

The philosophy of my teaching is to transform the teaching problem into an engineering problem, by identifying the background and level of knowledge of the people to be taught, configuring the knowledge to be taught into the form of memorization, and figuring out the most proper and acceptable way of delivering knowledge to the student.
