In my view, the job of a tutor is to provide tools to the students to think themselves. My effort therefore is to guide them towards the correct path in solving a problem or understanding a complex theory. I try to use examples from daily lives to construct the basic framework in which (seemingly unrelated) social and geopolitical issues could be comprehended. My experience suggests that once the students get personally interested in the subject, they excel.
I’m an international student and started my masters degree at ANU earlier this year. Both my bachelors and masters degree are in Political Science. I have tutored high school students back in India. I also have a very flexible schedule.
