About Priya
I am a postgraduate engineering student and have been tutoring at different levels from undergraduate students to high school and primary school students for over 5 years. I have worked with multinational technology organisation both in India and in Australia as software consultant. I like to interact with younger students through tutoring to give back to the community from my learning and work experiences, to equip them with foundational Math and Science skills for the future.

For the primary and high school students, I follow a two-way learning methodology wherein the involvement from tutor and student in equal. The learning method in this case, includes initiating conversations around a topic and helping provide a platform for the students to ask intriguing questions, and then help get through the answers. This technique has in my experience, has helped successfully establish confidence between the student and tutor, and also build their confidence to grasp a new topic.
