About Bertram
With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I have had 10 students, two of which were long-time. My students have improved in their results (from Bs to A, for example); one student, who was really left behind, became able to manage the lessons he was receiving in class.
To me, tutoring is about guidance and trust-building. Thus, I always approach every student with passion and patience, asking first how they wish to be guided, what their strong suits/weaknesses are and working from there

Hi! My name is Bertram and I'm a final-year Bachelor of Science student in ANU, majoring in Molecular Biology with a minor in Science Communication. My tutoring services are for all students of all levels - the only requirement is for the student to be motivated :)
Lessons-wise, I take an accommodating approach that adjusts to the student's abilities and workload; the harder the student works, the more effort will I put to push the student. With that said, as I know how it feels to be buried under piles of assignments, I will not give my students loads of extra assignments unless it's necessary to help the student. Lessons are started by covering the concepts that are not yet wholly understood by the student, followed by drill exercises and/or conceptual extensions.
