About Dolly
Hi, I'm Dolly, a baker, baking educator, and bakery business mentor with a passion for helping people discover that baking is far more approachable than they think.
Over the years, I've taught students ranging from complete beginners to aspiring bakery business owners. One thing I've learned is that most people don't struggle because baking is difficult—they struggle because nobody has explained it in a simple, practical way.

My approach to teaching baking is simple: baking is a skill, not a talent. Anyone can learn it when it is broken down into clear, manageable steps.
I teach the science behind baking, not just recipes. Understanding why ingredients behave the way they do helps students become confident bakers who can troubleshoot problems, make informed decisions, and eventually create their own variations instead of relying entirely on recipes.
