About Albert
When I started tutoring, it wasn’t as a job, but just tutoring my friends for homework or a test. Then, during my undergrad, I was hired by my school’s math department to become a tutor and I helped fellow students from all different backgrounds and majors. After I started my Master’s, I was hired to become a Teaching Assistant at my college where I ran a lab, teaching undergraduates Algebra, Trigonometry, Stats, and Calculus. As such, I’ve had many years of tutoring, even tutoring/teaching online through zoom during the COVID years. If you choose me to be your tutor, I will make sure you will improve and understand the math you are learning.

I am still a student myself, and so I understand the struggles that a student may face while learning difficult to understand concepts. For example, if you are having trouble understanding what a derivative is, I know multiple ways to teach the concept so if you do not understand it being taught one way, we can attack the problem from another. I am determined and patient enough to help you through any difficulties you may have while learning (for example: ADHD) and I switch up my teaching style based on what the student needs.
