I get the curriculum of the student online and make sure that he/she is up to date with it so I can put them ahead of their peers.
A typical lesson plan would be to tackle a specific part of their curriculum and ensures the student understands the concept behind it while completing practice problems.
The thing that sets me apart from other tutors is that I dedicate myself to the student and the learning does not stop after I leave.
I would prefer to teach middle or high school students.
