About Doris

Melbourne Uni awarded me my music degree after years of rigorous study. You might find that vocal training requires a shift in how you perceive your own resonance. Over 13 years, I have helped 240 students navigate the complexities of head and chest voice, belting technique, and harmony singing. My background as a native Spanish speaker influences how I approach diction and phrasing for singers.

Whether you are a kid starting out or a returning learner seeking structure, I bring a wealth of tradition to our sessions. I look forward to seeing where your voice can go next.

About the lesson

Feedback is rarely about instant perfection. It is often the mistakes that teach us the most. I build a personalised song list around each student's range to ensure we address pitch control and vocal range extension effectively. Sight singing and warm up exercises form the foundation of our work together.
