About Sophie
I am a Natural History Illustration student, in my final year, and would love to be able to help young people in learning about art, and see them flourish in their talents. I have experience with all mediums and materials, and open to assisting with any ideas.

Hi, my name is Sophie and I love being creative and teaching art to kids!
I like to teach practically, allowing students to learn on the go, rather than read something from a book or online. Working outside and in the field is also a great way to understand perspective, light/depth, and the different shapes which make up a subject. Nothing is ever wrong in art, the way an individual perceives an object is their unique expression, and I encourage all imaginations!
I am open to teaching all primary school age children, as well as high school (I have been through art in the HSC and would love to give a helping hand !).
