About Bonnique
I am a trained Art therapist who has been running workshops for the past 3 years across Australia and internationally. I have worked with small groups, 1 on 1 sessions and in day care centers for large groups of pre-primary children.

I am passionate about the healing powers of art in therapy and the importance of creative outlet. I believe that art can teach us a lot about our sense of identity, about our sense of self and how we are in the world. Art therapy is an individual experience with no skill or background in art making necessary. The final product is not always important as the process of the art making is the main focus.
Art is an effective modality for healing and working through trauma, it works as not only a cathartic release but also shows us an expression of our subconscious thoughts and processes.
I work with a range of different mediums and artistic approaches. The qualities of the mediums are an important feature of each workshop and are taken in consideration carefully for each member of the group or solo session.

All mediums are included in fees
recommended sessions are 1 hr/1.5hrs with flexibility either side depending on the participant/s
Multiple sessions are encouraged for a richer experience of the effects of Art Therapy
