About Erin
I mentored many students from my school; I will have to admit that I am new to the lesson giving but I have a passion for my art and I am very eager to develop yours.
I will have to say that by critiquing my peers, the changes made were the difference between first place awards and second place awards in state competitions as well as top marks in AP art portfolios.

I am A current student at the University of Southern California Roski School of Art and Design. I am currently pursuing my BFA in painting. I have won many first place awards in triple A sanctioned art competitions in the categories of oil portraits/figure painting, charcoal, and mixed media. I also received fives on my AP art exams in high school.
One can have a natural inclination toward art but mastering the technical skills is essential to developing as an artist. Once you have these basic skills, it is easier to play with your ideas as well as effectively communicate them.
Lessons plans vary on student level and age. But I plan to cover all range of media, starting with dry and then advancing to wet.
I am very patient and genuinely enjoy collaborating and fleshing out ideas for compositions! If you have areas you are insecure in, we can target those as well.
