About Evie
I currently instruct Adult Visual Art lessons for Pinot & Picasso, Wollongong. I love teaching art and have decided to begin tutoring.
I have a Cert IV in Visual Arts and have been teaching for over a year in Wollongong.
Ever since I was young I have been surrounded by family members who painted. I started painting from a young age, experimenting with lots of colours and always filling up my school books with illustrations (instead of the homework).
Now I paint in multiple styles and specialise in Cubism (Picasso style), Impressionist and Contemporary.
I am also a Public Health Graduate and in my final year I completed my major project on 'Art' and 'Mindfulness'. Art increases creativity and being present, it is great for relaxing and reducing stress!

Hello there!
Are you looking to get creative, whilst learning new skills? Well, you have come to the right place!
~ Learn how to paint with acrylic. No materials? We have you sorted!
~ All lessons include paper, acrylic paint, paintbrushes and water jugs.
~ Whether you are completely new to painting! A beginner, or an intermediate artist, these lessons will cater to suit your individual needs and skill level.
~ I offer a range of services including, private tutoring, group tutoring, senior citizens tutoring and small Team bonding (6 max).
~ I keep my teaching style relaxed and informal, whilst still teaching you art techniques including; dry brushing, adding water, flicking, dabbing, detailing and using a Palette knife.
~ You can send me the theme or idea you would like to learn to paint, or I can offer suggestions for you!
~ I teach the chosen Artwork in 5 to 6 steps to make the process easier.
~ I verbally explain the step, then demonstrate it physically on my canvas. This way you can see the process as we move through each step and follow along.
