Art Tutor, specialised in drawing, painting and printmaking - Drawing tutor with Mark

I know Mark to be a hardworking and dedicated individual. During his study with me he displayed excellent studentship, being attentive, punctual and eager to learn. He integrated well with his peers and was a popular and engaged member of the student cohort. He is also a dedicated artist/practitioner with a strong foundation in painting and drawing – going on to produce very strong end of year work.

Mark is currently employed P/T as Art & Design Technician in Thomas Knyvett College, Ashford. Although he has only been with the team for a short time his impact on the school environment has been huge. He has been instrumental in designing, delivering, and leading collaborative pieces of work tailored for Yr10 Work Experience students who are considering employment in the creative industries. He assists in the display of GCSE work and in organising exhibitions of student work. He is a highly experienced Artist and has an encyclopedic knowledge of contemporary Arts in the Uk.

His calm, friendly demeanour has made him a big hit with students and staff alike and his passion and enthusiasm for teaching Art makes him a fantastic addition to the educational environment.
