About Eugene
My violin strings hum with the resonance of a decade and a half spent performing in concert halls and quiet studios. A refined focus on music theory and scales and arpeggios provides the structural backbone for students to master left hand agility and intonation. I integrate my formal training to help you navigate the complexities of sight reading and spiccato and staccato bowing with grace. My technical approach ensures your playing is always grounded, disciplined, and RELIABLE.

Transformation happens through 10 distinct stages of development. As a graduate of the Australian National Academy of Music, I apply my 13 years of experience to ensure every student masters the nuances of string technique. Weekly practice modules assigned with every class reinforce the lessons we cover during our time together. I find great satisfaction in seeing 371 students progress from hesitant beginners to confident performers under my direct guidance.
