About Gulshan
I am a Sustainable design student at Unisa and a student of yoga as well. I have been teaching yoga and meditation from past two years now. I am a QCI and an accredited institution yoga instructor from India, legally certified to teach internationally by the International council of yoga.

My teaching method is focused on providing a good balance between philosophy and practice. Yoga will help you master your own body. My passion is to spread the real essence and knowledge of yoga as I have been born in a family where Yoga is considered as a blessing from our ancestors. I am offering affordable private lessons in nature, at home, office or wherever you feel like. I am also offering Indian yogic, home cooking advice to enhance this journey. Beginners are most welcome, I am the happiest to help them with starting this journey through me.
