About Aaron
I have always wanted to teach ever since I was young, but when I stepped into a social subjects class for the first time in S1, I knew I had a passion for the subject and as I explored Modern Studies in S3/4, I decided that I’d like to make a career out of it. I am fascinated by politics and political systems across the UK and the rest of the world, I am currently a member of a political party and an active campaigner, I recently attended multiple campaign sessions with MSPs and also attended the 2022 local election voting count.

I will discuss what your teacher has taught you in class to reinforce knowledge gained from actual class time before advancing into more complex exam answer structures for both essay skills and source questions. The typical length of a lesson would be 1 hour but if more is required then I can be flexible where possible. I currently have an A at National 5 and I am awaiting my Higher result, I will begin a degree in Politics and Sociology at the University of Edinburgh in September to expand my knowledge in Modern Studies before becoming a fully qualified teacher myself.
