About Kuljit

For a teacher, nothing can beat the confidence that their students feel or the gratitude that parents show after seeing the transformation of their kids. You know that you have done your job honestly and in the best interest of pupils when your former students tell you that they miss you being their teacher, and they would give anything in the world to be taught by you since they have not met any other teacher (even though they are great teachers) like the one who made them realize that every new topic, subject might make them feel lost, confused and that it was okay to feel that way, and of course worked with them learning the concepts, make them feel confident without any judgment and even their parents second that. Personally, this is a feeling that is more fulfilling than the one I got while receiving the best teacher award (grateful for that).

About the lesson

I have successfully completed a Bachelor of Science as well as a Bachelor of Education. I possess 15 years of rich experience in teaching Mathematics and English to elementary and high school students of all ages from K-12. I have previously been a successful tutor with Tutor Doctor in Delta, British Columbia. I am currently providing tutoring sessions with Tutor Doctor in Milton, Ontario. I always identify the individual needs of pupils and deliver the lessons accordingly by adapting teaching methods and instructional materials to meet their varying needs and interests. I am confident in my tutoring skills but not overconfident to believe that I know everything about teaching the same way to every student. Hence, I always keep on working on my own learning by attending training sessions to know about advanced teaching strategies. My goal is to get my enthusiasm, creativity, and experience into a great learning and mentoring experience for my students and help them succeed in their academic journey!

Online Rate: $25/hour. There are no additional fees for virtual sessions.

In-Person Rate: $25/hour base rate + a $5 Transportation Fee for every 4-hour block.
