About Xavier
Freshly graduated from high school, I understand the pressures and stress that students may encounter while studying high school maths. Passionate about maths and learning, I am eager to help students as a source of guidance and direction in their studies.
With a state rank in Maths Extension 2, I have a process for clear and in-depth working out that complements a solid understanding of the content. My one-on-one lessons aim to break down difficult concepts from class, while equipping students with the skills they need to approach their exam questions.
I am a Sydney Boys High School graduate (2025), studying Mathematics at the University of Sydney.

Students with a range of abilities who are looking for remedial tutoring.
What’s my teaching method?
When explaining a concept a student struggled with in class, I like to work through some of their homework questions in a digestible manner, explaining the how and why behind each step. Throughout the lesson, they will have the opportunity to apply and develop their skills by modelling worked solutions. I hope to boost a student’s confidence as they become more familiar with concepts they struggle with.
