About Jasmin
My name is Jas! I'm a 22-year-old who has worked in the creative arts for the past 2 years after graduating with a Bachelor of Film and Television degree.
I was awarded an academic and sport scholarship to attend my university, as well as welcomed into the film and TV course with the entry of a documentary I had made.
I've always had a passion for dissecting pieces of media, and analyzing them for hidden meaning.
I've coached kids in sport, and I'm a child at heart, so I would love to provide them help with their learning! Passing down what you have learned is so important.

About the lesson

Our first step is catching up on texts and lessons the students has explored throughout the week, followed by goal-setting.
After this, we will go through in-class content, dissecting the students individual work.
I will guide the student through their work, providing help with edits. I also would like to assist with tips and tricks on writing thesis statements and structuring each paragraph of the students work, so that the message of the piece of writing is clear.
Allowing the student breathing time to write their own work near the end of the session, followed by instant feedback, allows them to build up the writing muscle for themselves.
