About Ahmed

Hi, I’m Ahmed, a 2024 graduate now studying Biomedicine (scholars program) at Monash University. I did not take year 11 very seriously with the conviction that I could simply achieve outstanding scores by studying in the weeks leading up to the exams. This was clearly not the case, and in year 12 I realized that a long-term strategy was essential for achieving the scores I ended up achieving. This entailed constantly working over my weaknesses and simultaneously revising what I felt confident at. Having tutored more than 50 students - with a track record of 500+ hours tutored - I am confident that I can help you achieve your goals.

What makes me unique as a tutor is my focus on personalization and the student’s individual strengths, challenge sand learning styles. My dynamic approach to tutoring has evidently helped my students go beyond what they expected (see testimonials below) - given that they have put the effort in. Another thing I pride myself in is my availability to always give feedback outside of class times to students no matter what.

**2026 Students Testimonials**

I've never enjoyed or excelled in English, but tutoring with Ahmed has greatly improved my confidence and abilities in the subject. Each lesson is tailored to the students' needs and is beneficial regardless of their ability. He regularly provides quality feedback which has been essential to continuously improving my results on top of his teaching during lessons - Michelle W. (2026)

Ahmed has helped me develop a much deeper understanding of English, especially when it comes to structuring and writing strong pieces. My confidence has grown a lot, and my grades have improved more than I expected. The sessions are relaxed, the resources and feedback are really helpful, and I appreciate being able to get support throughout the week. I would definitely recommend Ahmed to other students, as he has helped me improve both my writing skills and confidence - A (2026)

Ahmed simplifies challenging concepts and makes it easy for students to approach him with lowkey anything. He has lots of past materials and essays which are great for building your own understanding and opinion on various topics as well which is AWESOME. If I could go back in time my term 1 yr 12 self, I'd have chosen to start tutoring with Ahmed then rather than later in the year - Hannah K. (2026)

Excellent in terms of pure knowledge of the subject and can answer questions quickly and provides feedback effectively to make my next attempt better. Extending beyond that, he is able to give a smoother experience in terms of tackling assessments as he was also recently a high-achieving student, constantly giving me tips and advice to excel in year 12 - Shaswat S. (2026)

Ahmed is an excellent chem tutor, he has helped me build confidence and understanding with my Chemistry studies. I was a struggling chem student who was estimated to get in the 40s max without his help, and yet I averaged in the 70s after I started tutoring - Jacob G. (2026)

Ahmed is patient and gives you feedback on the exact areas to improve on, and has an abundance of resources for English. I wonder why I didn’t do tutoring earlier, as after his help, my scores went up a grade in such a short time. Could’ve saved my SACs scores earlier for year 12! - Grace S. (2026)

I would definitely recommend Ahmed to other students who want to improve their English results. The lessons are really helpful, especially because the feedback is detailed and focuses on exactly what you need to improve. Since starting tutoring, my essay writing skills and confidence have improved significantly, and I went from around 60% to achieving one of the highest grades in my class. Overall, it's been a really positive experience and has helped me become a much stronger English student - Daniel A (2026)
