About Chesmat
I am certified fitness coach with experience of over 6 years training clients from different fitness backgrounds also some with health issues and injuries.
I have worked with Cult-fit for 4 years .
I love the smile on someone’s face after doing something they never thought they could do ,be it unlocking pull-ups or pushups or being able to run 5km they dreamt about.

I have been an athlete almost all my life because of which fitness has always been some part of it .
When it came for me to choose a career path I didn’t think twice before considering fitness as my option since then I never had a day I regret about it .I have coached people from all fitness backgrounds and of different age groups too .Seeing them gain the strength they never thought they had and them unlocking their first pushup ,pull up are probably my favourite sight to see .Connect with me to become your strongest and fittest self .
