2. Talk on a weekly basis about progressing exercises and how you are finding the program
3. Upon program completion, talk about further progression suggestions
Degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
Have a playing history in AFL, Cricket, Football (Soccer), Skiing.
Can prescribe exercise programs of any duration for all populations including athletic, elderly, mid age, youth, injury rehabilitation, etc.
