About Alanna
I am an ATU graduate with first class honours degrees in Applied Freshwater and Marine Biology (BSc) and Applied Marine Conservation (MSc). I have a passion for education and am currently working in Galway Atlantaquaria's education department. I have experience in creating and designing dynamic workshops for primary level through senior cycle and have a drive to make education accessible to all abilities.

Using a student centered approach, we'll identify difficult topics and create a plan to line up with schools learning outcomes. Lessons are tailored towards individual needs in order to encourage full understanding of topics. Topics will be discussed fully at the beginning of each lesson, practical examples will then be given, and then applying knowledge through practical work such as through past exam papers. Lessons will also focus on how to properly approach answering exam questions .
