About Willow
I'm a pretty casual individual. We're just people at the beginning and end of the day. I help you make sense of subjects and maybe even find joy in learning, and you can help me fund my dreams outside of work. I'm neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD) but tend to be considered "high functioning" (Communication and psychology being special interests of mine). I do my utmost to be respectful and create a foundation of trust and openness, especially as a professional. I'm also what you might call 'thick-skinned' so if you need help but are wary of "snowflake vernacular" like the term neurodivergent, don't worry too much about me. As a professional my focus is entirely on what I'm here to do for /you./

I adapt to you. Just want the nuts and bolts to pass a class? Want to learn how the subject applies to real life and why I get so excited about it? I'll ask you and we can go from there. Visual learner? I do graphic design and can whip up visual aids. Prefer language and metaphor to relate concepts? I've got ya. I've tutored a wide variety of people, gifted students struggling with subjects and those who hate learning altogether. I not only pride myself but find personal joy in making learning accessible and fun and firmly believe anyone can fall in love with the process of educating oneself. My natural proclivities have always been for math and science and I have tutored others at virtually every level K-College.
