About Alexa
I employ and promote neurodiversity-affirming coaching above all else. This means that I use methods that allow the student to be their most authentic self without the need to "mask" or hide what makes you special. I also accommodate any self-regulation needs you may have, so do not hesitate to inform me if you require any specific accommodations. As a master's level clinician, I also know what it means to provide evidence-based care. All services I provide through this coaching format are backed by research and first-hand clinical experience as an SLP.

I am an AuDHD speech-language pathologist with 7 years of experience as a clinician. I have developed an interest in assisting those with executive functioning skills, as these are many areas I address as an SLP and have first-hand experience with as someone who is neurodivergent. I want to assist people of all ages with the planning and execution of daily tasks. This includes (but is not limited to): assignment and/or project planning, assistance with selecting proper accommodations to support daily executive functions (calendar reminders, voice notes, etc.), and instilling good habits that prevent decision paralysis. I know the struggle, and I want to give you the tools you need to succeed!
