About Arya
I am an incoming high school freshman, and have been coding since elementary school. I have tutored students in scratch (and still do) since the past 3 years and have seen them really enjoy and apply what they learned to create games and other projects.
Besides coding, I am in a music band playing drums and guitar, and in track & field.
When not working or in school, I enjoy spending time with my dog and biking with friends.

Scratch:
I have been coding in Scratch for over six years and have taught kids to create games, stories and animation, among others. It is a great platform to prepare for a world of AI, creating models that use neural networks and ML.
I have seen my students grow in their ability to code,and also raise their confidence, creativity and ability to work in teams.
My approach will be to understand what excites you and design lessons around your interests while incorporating all elements of coding. I want to make your lessons fun, interactive, and productive.
English:
I am available to tutor elementary schoolers in English, including reading, writing, comprehension, grammar and spelling. It is one of my strongest subjects in school and I have taught the same to my friends with success.
