About Reid
My name is Reid, and I have been an educator for 15 years. I have worked as a Teacher's Aide all the way up to Head of Department at one of Australia’s largest and highest performing schools.
But you shouldn’t really care about that.
What you need to know is that helping students feel confident, competent and successful is my passion. I needed someone like that in my life when I was younger, and I was fortunate enough to find one. Now it’s my turn to be that advocate and educator for you.
Learning isn’t always easy, the best things in life never are. But that doesn’t mean it should be boring.

Education has to be meaningful and enjoyable, not a chore. My job is to find what interests you and make success feel achievable.
I have worked with students as young as 4 and as old as 16, and no student is the same. It is not your job to “fit in” and “figure it out”, my support will help you to stand out.
Everything is learnable with the right approach, and that will be guided by what you find fascinating.
