With a Ph.D. in Nutraceutical Sciences and a strong foundation in biology, chemistry, and scientific research, I approach teaching with clarity, structure, and passion. My method is student-centered: I adapt my explanations to the learner’s level, using real-world examples, visual aids, and guided practice to reinforce key concepts. I focus on building confidence by simplifying complex topics and encouraging active participation through questions and discussion. I also integrate my research and lab experience to give students a deeper understanding of scientific principles beyond textbooks.
